Superb stay at Jardines Apartment

Overall, we greatly enjoyed staying at Jardines 16. The apartment was well-located, between Old Madrid and newer Bourbon Madrid, and also only 15 minutes’ walk from the Amor de Dios flamenco school, where we attended classes every day. The apartment was clean and brightly lit, and appliances modern. The kitchen was outfitted with just about everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

We would like to note a few things regarding apartment 2A that could be fixed up before the next guest: the Wi-Fi doesn’t reach very far into the apartment—could it not be located in the living room rather than in one of the bedrooms? The kitchen could do with a serrated (rather than flat blade) knife, as many things were very difficult to chop—and a chopping board would be a great addition to avoid damaging the counter or having to use a plate to chop on. The fan over the oven did not work. Scissors would be a great addition to the kitchen utensils. The door to the patio in the main bedroom (right-hand door of the 2-doors) was almost impossible to close once it was opened. Finally, water builds up in the base of both showers, and we were a bit nervous that a flood might have been created, so it made showering a bit faster than we would have liked.
