The area where the flat is located is very lively with lots of bars with open air tables, restaurants, theatres, shops, museums and cinemas. Fuencarral market, a bustling, dynamic place that well deserves a visit, is a short walk away.
Walk out the front door of the apartment building and you have a shopping experience just waiting to happen all around you. The Gran Via surrounded by high buildings from the 20s that reminds Broadway in New York or Times Square brightened by it 24h street lights¡¡
