Modern, recently renovated, private apartment 35 square meters in Madrid’s trendiest area, ideal for a maximum of 4 people. It is a couple of steps away from pleasant Dos de Mayo square, full of bars with outdoor tables and nestled between the districts of Malasaña and Chueca, Madrid’s trendiest area and a cultural and entertainment reference point. The apartment is decorated with bright colours and has a luminous bedroom with a double bed, a living/dining room with table and chairs and a comfortable sofa-bed where 2 guests can sleep, a complete bathroom and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. It also has air conditioning (for summer and winter), TV, CD player, DVD and free internet broadband.
Malasaña, as it is called the area, is full of restaurants, tapas bar, theatres, shops, supermarkets, museums and cinemas, which allows you to really feel the real Madrid, which is one of the most interesting cities in Europe.
It’s a very lively area with trendy, minimalist restaurants in Fuencarral street, an ample selection of late night bars and other. If you are partial to a bit of shopping, check out Fuencarral and Hortaleza streets. The area is very well connected by public transport to the rest of the city, with Tribunal, Bilbao and San Bernardo stations a few metres away from the apartment. |
