The area Surrounding the Apartment
With a superb central location this modern apartment is the perfect spot for urban travelers. Located in one of the most sought after areas of downtown Madrid, in a street just off the bustling and wordly Gran Via; with it’s shopping and theatres and close to Plaza de España. The Royal Palace and the historical Puerta del Sol –known as the centre of Madrid- are close by, as are the Grand Plaza of Plaza Mayor and the historic district.
The most avant-garde area in the city-Fuencarral-Malasaña neighbourhood- where you can find the latest trends in fashion, art and design is located at a very short walk together with an endless number of cafés, restaurants and bars.
