The Plaza Spain Duplex Apartment is a magnificent two bedroom apartment with capacity up to 6 people. Their distribution is as follows: on the top floor has two double bedrooms, one with double bed and slightly sloping ceiling, and one with two single beds. Also in this floor is the bathroom, all white marble with a beautiful skylight in the ceiling. In the entrance floor we have a dining room, equipped with big table, a living room, which was installed a double sofa bed, and fully equipped kitchen. Is external, 3rd floor with elevator and the building is representative. The area, excellent and very safe. Nearby, on the one hand, the area to buy from Princess Street and the other of the square Spain, the Gran Via, Palacio Real, Plaza de la Opera ... that is, to enjoy the best of Madrid giving a wonderful tour living area

The apartment is located in the most central areas of Madrid, the Gran Via’s beautiful shopping avenue and the trendy Chueca and Malasaña areas.
Malasaña has art galleries and vintage shopping as well as the best of Madrid’s social scene, while Chueca’s crowd is more alternative, with an array of colourful plazas and bars.
You are a short journey from Plaza Mayor or Kilometro Céro at Puerta del Sol, with cultural spots such as the Prado and the Reina Sofia gallery, easily reached in about 15 minutes.
