The area Surrounding the Apartment
The apartment is located in the quiet district of Salamanca-Retiro, which borders the east of the prestigious Madrid's Retiro Park, with beautiful fountains, gardens and trails.
This district is primarily residential abundance of tapas bars and amenities, small shops and department stores, like The English Court, and you can choose among the various subway lines in the area. In the Barrio de Salamanca is the Golden Mile of upscale shops and art galleries, which can walk.
Across the park, there are major art collections in Madrid at the Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofia, or you can use the subway to get to other attractions in Madrid.
