The area Surrounding the Apartment
The apartment is located in the tranquil residential district of Pinar de Chamartín, with a supermarket just up the street and the metro nearby with a fast line into central Madrid.
The penthouse is located in a residential development comprising three towers, flats, completely fenced, with 24 hours security guards and closed circuit surveillance throughout the site.
The urbanization is surrounded by extensive gardens where two large pools and a small baby, surrounded by lawns and a variety of trees and shrubs as well as four tennis courts, a basketball court and two paddle courts.
This location is ideal for driving holidays to Madrid, as you can simply park the car and use public transport to arrive in the city centre. Chamartín train station is also near here.
