This comfortable apartment for 6 people has a nice living room with sofa bed for two, furniture with TV, DVD, trunk of decoration and table with 4 chairs. From there you access to a small terrace with desk and chair. This area is very bright and crystal climalic is closed so that it can use in any season. You'll also find here a small safe built into the wall. 

The kitchen is furnished with white cabinets, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, toaster, sanwichera, coffee maker, kettle, iron, ironing board, kitchen utensils. Finally, with everything you need to cook if you prefer to eat at home. Nearby you will find shops and food markets. 

The bathroom has a shower with screen, radiator, heated towel rail and hairdryer. 

This apartment has two bedrooms, one with a sofa that converts into a bed of 160 cm. and one with a bed of 150 cm. comfortable wardrobe, bedside table, and cot. The two bedrooms are bright and, as a whole it falls flat much sun. 

In addition, Segovia apartment has individual heating and air conditioning, so you can adjust the temperature to your liking. And, most importantly, newly restored and everything is brand new!

Area description

Segovia Bridge area, where the Manzanares apartment is located, is very well connected with the center of Madrid. The closest subway stop is Puerta del Angel, and is only 8 minutes walking. Just in front of the main door, is the bus number 25 stop which in 10 minutes takes you to the Royal Palace and from there it's easy to get around on foot to see the old Madrid, called Madrid of the Austrias and the Plaza major. In this area there are many restaurants, trattorias, tapas bars and is a very nice area for walking.

By 10 or 12 minutes walking is the Recinto Ferial Casa de Campo, where you can enjoy nature and enjoy a pleasant meal in its charming restaurant with terraces overlooking the Lago de la Casa de Campo. At Casa de Campo is also the Zoo and the Amusement Park.

Around the house, you can park easily without paying per hour, although there are also private parking can be rented for days to 15 €. Near the house there is a shop open till late where you can buy bread, milk, drunk, candy, and other necessities. Leaving the subway you'll see a supermarket, and on the way home from a market of a lifetime, with meat, fish, fruit, sausages, etc.. In the opposite direction you will find another supermarket in a shopping center which also has an American restaurant, another burger, another home-cooked food where the varied menu costs 12 € and more tapas bars. Also nearby is a large fitness center with spa, pool, tennis court, skuas, indoor football, which can be rented by the hour, a bowling alley, tennis karst, cafeterias and a small but pleasant park ..... etc.

This is a very quiet area of Madrid, very green, surrounded by gardens and pedestrian area, but also very close to the M-30, to move rapidly to all areas of Madrid.



The apartment t is very well connected to the University area and the area finance office. The view of this neighborhood are very nice, can see the dome of San Francisco el Grande, Almudena Cathedral, the Royal Palace.

The Madrid festivals are celebrated in San Isidro area, where they make a nice outdoor Mass, lively dances and concerts of all kinds.

Transport: The line the subway is the 6, which turns over all of Madrid, is the nearest

Buses are: 25 ... just goes to the heart of the Royal Palace, on the other side of the bus line Casa de Campo, but is so close to walk better. The bus 17, which in 12 minutes takes you to the very tipito Rastro de Madrid.
