THE APARTMENT
This elegant and tastefully decorated 75m2 apartment is located in a beautiful building, with doorman and elevator, in the heart of the Salamanca District, offers all the comfort you expect to fully enjoy your stay in Madrid.
It has capacity for 3 people, distributed in two bedrooms, one with one single bed, the other one with a double bed.
The space in this 75m2 apartment has been maximised to its full potential. Divided among the two bedrooms, one full and one half bathrooms, the living/dining area and the kitchen the result is a modern, light filled, extremely charming apartment in a great neighbourhood...
Its spacious living room is divided into three environments: one for TV and a comfortable sofa for reading and relaxation, a dining area with a large glass table that seats six and a wood desk in a corner to work or write… You will also find a CD player, DVD player, and free Internet broadband wireless connection to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable!
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary domestic appliances in order to ease your stay: refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave … and, in addition, the typical small domestic appliances.
The main bedroom is quiet and comes with a queen size double bed and has a large built in wardrobe for all belongings... tastefully decorated in a simple and elegant tone, this really is a pleasant room
The second bedroom comes with one single bed and here the guests will also find a big wardrobe.
The bathroom is not ensuite, but along the corridor, and is also a very good size and comes with a bath/shower unit, toilet, sink, etc ... fresh towels are ready for use upon arrival...

Besides, walking around, you will find the most exclusive boutiques and fine restaurants. A remarkable characteristic of this area are their fantastic façades that give it a classical look. The visitor will be delighted by the wonderful location of this apartment, because it allows enjoying the calm of a residential neighbourhood, and at the same time, is very well connected to the centre: Gran Vía, Puerta del Sol and all the great places that make Madrid such a great city!
Very easy to get to any area of the city by bus, subway or just walking as it is right in the centre, near the Prado Museum, Pûerta de Alcala or Plaza Cibeles. Everything is close to the apartment, the famous department store "El Corte Ingles", and lots of restaurants, shops and "tapas" bars all within a 2 min walk.
Other advantage of the Salamanca-Castello apartment is that it only takes 5 minutes to get to the Retiro Park. With an enormous pound constructed in 1631 by spanish Royalty, the visitor can ride in small boats, have an "aperitivo" or listen to the musicians playing live music. Like Central Park in New York or High park in London, in the Retiro park we can play any sport, have nice walks or just read a book by a tree. An authentic natural area in the centre of Madrid, an incredible luxury!!.
