The apartment:
A very sunny 75 m2 flat with a capacity to host up to four people absolutely comfortably. All of the rooms are all very luminous with great windows and lots of space. It has two bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and other with two simple beds and a comfortable desk to work at. All of them have a colourful decoration which makes the apartment very cheerful.
The kitchen is a separated room, fully equipped so as to prepare the best meals “at home”. To enjoy them you have a great living room with a balcony with views to the Santander Park Gardens and Canal Golf Course, with dinning table, couch and TV with DVD in order to share a good movie, why not? You´ll feel really at ease in this apartment.

This great 2 bedroom apartment is perfect for your visit to Madrid, ideal location from which to map out all your acitivities while visiting this great city.
Named as Chamberi, close to Salamanca District, Arguelles and the Centre District, this is an area which many madrileños choose to live in due to the combination of its central location and the neighbourhood tranquility. An area of quiet streets full of trees and plenty of plazas and also has many bars where to try the typical spanish tapas and other good restaurants. Enjoy the comfort of being just a ten minutes metro ride form the main museums, most visited touristic sites like Puerta del Sol and Gran Via and the neighbourhoods known for their cultural and nightlife such as Chueca and Malasaña, both only a 15 minutes walk away.
As mentioned above the Chamberi-Canal area is a great spot and located at only 15 mins from Puerta del Sol, Gran Via and other areas of interest to the tourist visiting Madrid. Ideal in location as it is central but doesn't suffer from the hussle and bustle of the areas with the non-stop flow of tourists and surrounded by green expanses..
The Chamberi-Canal Golf apartment is located on a street with very wide footpaths and has lots of nice bars and restaurants to choose from should you decide to enjoy an aperitive...
Three blocks away from the Canal, Islas Filipinas and Alonso Cano metro stations from which you can reach the main city sights in just ten minutes, both to the historic and touristic centre and the financial (Institute of Empresa, Castellana and Azca Area)and commercial centre as well. |
