3 bedrooms apartment located at the “Barrio de las Letras”, in a quiet
street between the Paseo del Prado, where the Prado and Thyssen Museums
are and the Plaza de Santa Ana, which is famous because it is full of
terraces and bars. It has a capacity for up to 6 persons, with 3 double
bedrooms and two bathrooms. The very spacious kitchen is fully equipped
and has a dinning table for 6 persons sitting. The lounge is very
comfortable with two sofas and two balconies to the quiet street. This
is a quiet and sunny flat with 8 big windows to two “patios”, so
without noise from the street.The area Surrounding the ApartmentThe
area is perfect because it is close to all the interesting places in
Madrid: the Botanic Garden and the Retiro Park are a few minutes
walking and also the Paseo de la Castellana and the Puerta del Sol.
Everyplace where you want to go is close to the apartment. This area is
famous because of the good restaurants and tapas bars, for example “La
Dolores”, Art Galleries and teathres. Most of the streets around are
pedestrian, the cars are lot allow, so you can walk very pleasently.
Also the Lavapies District is close to, where you can fell the mix of
people of different countries who share this central area to live in
and so, and there are good multicultural restaurants.
